The new iPhone SE was said to have a more modern design. A recent rumour suggests that the iPhone SE (2022) will have the same design as the iPhone SE (2020), which likewise borrowed the design of the iPhone 8 from 2017.

With its large display bezels, the Apple iPhone SE 2022 is predicted to stand out in the mobile market, given that all smartphones, including inexpensive models, will adopt a ‘all-screen’ design. Apple is well-known for refreshing the design of its devices every four years, or every other generation. However, considering the iPhone SE’s low price, customers are likely to purchase the smartphone despite the repeated design.

The iPhone SE is projected to have a design similar to the iPhone XR and iPhone 11, but with a significantly lower screen size, in 2024. The smartphone will not have Face ID, but a Touch ID sensor incorporated in the power button will.
