The Legion Y90 has a 6.92′′ E4 AMOLED flat screen with a 720Hz touch sampling rate that supports HDR content, rounded corners and minimal top bezels, and a selfie camera on the right side of the earpiece. The screen is also expected to have anti-blue light eye protection certification, which reduces the amount of blue light emitted by the screen.

The back has a massive central island that houses the flash, cameras, and a Y-shaped light. Antenna lines on the frame imply that the smartphone is made of metal.
