The Xiaomi Redmi 10 is one of the few phones made in Pakistan. As a result, it is able to avoid rising import duties while maintaining a competitive price in the local market. It costs Rs. 32,000 (4GB/128GB) right now.

Redmi has announced that the phone will be re-released with minor improvements. The Redmi 10 2022 is believed to be the name, and some of its specifications have already been disclosed via its Geekbench listing.

Unfortunately, it appears that the 2022 model will be relatively similar to the 2021 model. The same chipset, the Helio G88, is listed on Geekbench as before. Even the minimum RAM is the same at 4GB, but with the new model, we may see higher-end alternatives.

According to an earlier rumour from a few months back, the Redmi 10 2022 would have the same camera arrangement as the Redmi 10 2021. A 50MP main camera, an 8MP ultrawide sensor, a 2MP macro sensor, and a 2MP depth assist are all included.

The Redmi 10 2022 will have a 4,900 mAh battery, down from the 5,000 mAh on the 2021 model, according to EU certifications from a few months ago. A 22.5W fast charger will be included in the packaging with the handset. The current Redmi 10 charges at 18W, and fast charging support is quite likely to remain unchanged.

To talk about complete specifications, we’ll need a more extensive leak, but it’s already evident that the Redmi 10 2022 will be a carbon copy of the 2021 model. There’s a chance we’ll see more colour options and more RAM, but that’s just speculation at this point.
