What to Look for in a Hidden Camera

Another key factor to consider is the video’s quality. “Covert cameras don’t always produce the same image quality as normal cameras,” Silva tells The Spruce. “This is due to the fact that most covert cameras see via a very small hole, which limits the camera’s field of view and light-gathering ability.” You should opt for a product with a resolution of at least 720P (pixels), preferably 1080P. You might not be able to pick out the intricacies in the footage if you don’t do so.
Record Time
Some hidden cameras record only when motion is detected, while others record continually and allow live viewing. Examine the method your camera employs, as well as if the video is saved on a memory card or uploaded to the cloud. Legal Considerations
