Xiaomi has already confirmed that the Redmi K50 series will be available in China in March 2022. It will, as the name suggests, be a direct successor to last year’s Redmi K40 lineup, also known as the Poco F3 in some markets.

With less than a month until its release, the Redmi K50 Pro’s design has leaked online thanks to a set of leaked protective cases. These cases have the same design as we’ve seen in renders. Xiaomiui was the one who leaked the render.

The Redmi K50 Pro, according to the render, will resemble a Vivo phone due to its triangular triple-camera layout just above a metallic plate that says “64 megapixels.” “AI Camera.” Vivo phones frequently use this design language. The display will feature a centred punch-hole selfie camera and minimal bezels around it.

The fingerprint sensor is most likely to be located on the right side, atop the power button.

This design is supported by the leaked protective cases made available by Gizmochina. This essentially confirms the final design of the phone.

According to rumours, the Redmi K50 Pro will be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC with a dual VC liquid-cooled heat dissipation unit with a large surface area. The screen will be a 6.67-inch 1080p AMOLED with a refresh rate of 120Hz and a high touch sampling rate. The main camera will have 64MP resolution, and it will be accompanied by a 13MP ultrawide and an 8MP or 2MP depth sensor.
