Customers at some utility retailers had technical difficulty sending and receiving the one-time password, according to a spokesperson for the University of Southern California. A technical malfunction in the cellular company’s network triggered the problem, which was quickly remedied.

The service is currently being supplied to consumers as usual in all stores across Pakistan, according to the spokesperson.
