You Can Finally Transfer WhatsApp Data From Android to iOS Soon

WhatsApp’s developers are finally working on a feature that will allow users to migrate their chat history between Android and iOS. The forthcoming upgrade was discovered after an investigation of the source code for WhatsApp 22.2.74 beta for iOS.

WABetaInfo, a prominent WhatsApp tipster, reported the news, indicating that WhatsApp is getting ready to offer an Android-to-iOS chat transfer service.

WhatsApp users can already move their data from an iPhone to a Samsung or Google Pixel device. Users of Android, on the other hand, have no direct way to migrate to iOS and must rely on third-party apps.

Before beginning the process, WhatsApp will ask the user for permission to import chat history, according to WABetaInfo. Both smartphones should already have WhatsApp installed in order to complete the migration process. The process will most likely be carried out through a cable or Wi-Fi connection.

More information about the update is presently unavailable because it is still in development and not available to beta testers. The operating systems that will be supported are likewise unknown, as is the release date for the WhatsApp 22.2.74 beta for iOS.
